Rapid prototyping

Are you one hundred per cent sure that the component you have designed actually fulfils the desired function? We advise that you test it with a model before you invest in a compression or injection mould.

Erlemann+Huckenbeck is there to support you right from the product development phase with the rapid prototype process.

While prototypes previously had to be created mechanically as part of a time-consuming process, the workflow we now employ is quick and efficient:

  • Step 1: 3D CAD data is converted into the necessary process data
  • Step 2: We quickly convert process data into 3D models
  • Step 3: The models can now be tested in terms of their future use

We offer multiple, cost-effective methods for you to choose from: stereo lithography, laser sintering and
vacuum casting technology.
