The tread on the wheels Ø 45 mm (W.No. 110), Ø 63 mm (W.No. 111) and Ø 80 mm (W.No. 237) is convex, by all other wheels the tread is flat.

The permissible load depends to a considerable extent on the operating conditions (temperature, load distribution, floor conditions, driving style etc.). The values stated in the table were determined on a test bench under optimum conditions and include a safety factor, but they can only be regarded as non-binding guide values. We recommend testing under real operating conditions. The stated values apply to the “HT” version of the wheels made from “DE 800/879″ (Type A). The load rating of wheels made from ” PF 7400″ (type B) materials is higher, that of wheels made from ” PF 31″ (type D) is lower.

Deviating bore diameters (d2) can usually be realised without any difficulty. If the running tread (b2) or the hub width (b1) is too big for the application, a subsequent mechanical reduction is possible. If a wheel geometry is required that cannot be matched with the designs in our range, we will be happy to provide you with an individual quote for the required mould.
